BagLuxe Return and Exchange Policy


At BagLuxe, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges according to the conditions outlined below.


Domestic Returns and Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery , unused and in original condition with tags attached. Damaged or altered items are not eligible.
  • How to Return: Contact us at bagluxe09@gmail.com  or +91 98154 41546 within 3 days of receiving your order. Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. Items should be securely packed in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges: If the desired item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued. All online purchases must be returned through courier partners.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
